The STEC Symposium aims to bring together knowledge from diagnostics and research in the fields of food safety, veterinary medicine and human medicine. In the spirit of the One Health idea, the event focuses on interdisciplinary exchange between the disciplines, the promotion of cooperation between the various experts, but also the dialogue between public health services and academic research.
