The aim of the project was to support the "working group on mineral oil hydrocarbons in food" of the EFSAshort forEuropean Food Safety Authority CONTAM Panel as a "scientific officer" in preparing an opinion on the risk assessment on mineral oil hydrocarbons in food.

Result
