Description and Objective

QMRA (quantitative microbiological risk assessment) and epidemiology can be used to assign food-associated pathogens to their origin and transmission routes. As part of the project, the methods for QMRA and epidemiology are to be integrated in order to improve estimates for the classification of pathogenic bacteria in food. The important aspect of uncertainties is also to be taken into account in the methodology.
