Description and Objective

The aim of the program is to develop an international training program focusing on chemical and microbiological risk assessment, risk/crisis communication, and risk perception, and to implement it with selected scholarship holders in an interactive manner. The training program, consisting of four teaching modules, is aimed at experts from the life sciences relevant to food safety and relevant organizations with significant capacities in one or more areas of risk assessment in the field of food safety. The BfRshort forGerman Federal Institute for Risk Assessment will organize and implement the teaching module on risk and crisis communication in cooperation with national experts in this field.
