What are zoonoses?

Zoonoses are diseases that are transmitted from animals to humans and from humans to animals. Animals can carry pathogens. If they are used to produce raw food, these can also contain pathogenic germs. Humans can be infected by them. They can also infect other animals, that in turn infect humans.
