Organisation unit

In the unit, job reviews and assessments are carried out in accordance with collective agreements and, if necessary, staffing needs assessments and organisational studies.

In addition, the unit is also responsible for matters relating to personnel management, the management of authorised representatives and building management.

Building Management maintains an electronic room register containing all room data (such as area in square metres, room volume, heating, windows, etc.). Technical building drawings of all locations are also stored here. In addition, the database contains data on the equipment of a room, which is managed by Internal Services in accordance with federal regulations. This includes machinery, laboratory equipment, data processing equipment, furniture, etc.
