The "Human Resources, Budget, Organization" section is responsible for personnel recruitment, supporting employees in personnel matters, staff development, supporting trainees, and managing and controlling income and expenses. In addition, the organizational regulations for the institute are drawn up here and service agreements are concluded with the staff council. In addition, the sub-department for the central department controls and coordinates the staffing requirements of the institute according to the posts allocated in the budget, creates job evaluation and organizes room allocation. At the same time, the section is responsible for compliance with legal regulations. This applies in particular in the personnel area for civil service, collective bargaining and labor law, in the budget for the provisions of budget law and in the organization for in-house regulations.
