An exception to this applies to BfRshort forGerman Federal Institute for Risk Assessment statements that are available in both HTML and accessible PDF format. The EU standard applicable to information and communication technology (ICT) (EN 301 549 V 3.2.1) refers to the External Link:Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), which stipulate that information must also be accessible via the provision of a ‘compliant alternative version’.
