Human Resources Development

Personnel development is an increasingly important task for the entire institute. Different and harmonised personnel development tools enable the maintenance and development of various skills. For example, the department plans and organises various offers for management development, in-house seminars on different topics, external training courses and seminars. Occupational health management at the BfRshort forGerman Federal Institute for Risk Assessment is also organised as a cross-sectional task in the Personnel Development unit. 

Our health management includes preventative measures such as vaccinations, information events and various sports groups. In order to further promote the compatibility of work and family, the Human Resources and Personnel Development units initiate and implement measures such as flexible working hours, various part-time models, jobs with alternating teleworking, in-house seminars and various counselling options.
