Project description:
Within the project in vitro assays on genotoxic, immunotoxic and endocrine effects of Enniatins and Alternaria toxins as well as in silico analyses and further studies on AOP will be performed by a total of 16 partners from the European Union and Norway. Standardized OECD test guidelines are preferably used to generate the in vitro data. In the absence of OECD test guidelines for the investigation of specific endpoints, so-called New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) will be performed.
