Please note that the search will made in HTML and PDF files as well. HTML files are the "normal" information pages of the homepage. The PDF format is used for all official texts, reports, opinions, etc. and for more extensive documents. To read them you need Acrobat Reader which opens automatically when a PDF file has been selected.
