Student Research Award

To boost the career development of talented students, the International Commission on Trichinellosis (ICT) supports and recognises their contributions to research on Trichinella and trichinellosis with an award. The ICT will present a Student Research Award to a current, or recently graduated, student for the best research paper presented at the International Conference on Trichinellosis.

Important Information for Application

Notice

Student status certification must be provided by the institution where the student conducted their research. To be eligible nominees / applicants must either still have student status at the time the award is made or have graduated less than 12 months prior to the award application deadline. This means that nominees / applicants for the 2015 ICT Student Research Award must not have received their degree prior to 31th May 2014.

By 31th May 2015  submission of nomination / application 
By 15th July 2015 notification of recipients for the Student Research Award
18th September 2015            announcement of Student Research Award at ICT-14
