The distance from this hotel to the conference venue is about 5 km. Guests should allow a travel time of 30-40 min by public transport. A direct bus connection (Bus 110, every 20 min) can be used to commute between the hotel and the conference venue.

Rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms at the reduced rate must be booked by 10th July 2015. After this deadline, available rooms will be reserved at the normal market price.
Cancellation Policy
Booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival.
