Travelling to BfR in Marienfelde by air

Arrival at Berlin-Tegel airport

• From Tegel airport take the bus X9 (direction Zoologischer Garten). The bus departs from in front of the main entrance to the airport.
• Get off the bus at the stop “Zoologischer Garten“.
• Walk to the U-Bahnhof (underground station) and take the U-Bahn (underground) line 9 (direction Rathaus Steglitz) to Rathaus Steglitz. The entrance to the underground station is in front of the entrance to the railway station “Zoologischer Garten“.
• At the underground station Rathaus Steglitz follow the signs to bus X 83 (direction Lichtenrade, Nahariyastraße or Marienfelde, Marienfelder Allee/Nahmitzer Damm).
• Take bus X83 and get off at the stop “Nahmitzer Damm/Marienfelder Allee“.
• Take the footpath which leads directly to our Institute.

The entire journey takes about 75 minutes.

Arrival Berlin-Schönefeld airport

• Take bus 171 (direction U Hermannplatz), which departs from the square in front of the airport building.
• Get off at the stop “Neuköllner Straße/Zwickauer Damm“ and change to bus X11 (direction Dahlem, U Dahlem Dorf).
• Take bus X11 to “Nahmitzer Damm/Marienfelder Allee“ and get off there.
• Cross over Nahmitzer Damm and take the footpath which leads directly to our Institute.

The entire journey takes about 60 minutes.
