Priority setting of foodborne and zoonotic pathogens

An international congress, organised by the european network on zoonoses, MedVetNet, and the US Food Safety Research Consortium, is staged at the BfR in Berlin from 19-21 July 2006. The event aims at priority setting of foodborne and zoonotic pathogens, major issues beeing the identification of key scientific issues and opportunities as well as the improvement of international scientific collaboration. Participants are expected to have a scientific background or relevant policy background in food safety and control of zoonosed and can be working in academia, research institutes, federal institutes industry or public interest organizations. Registration is obligatory, for conference charges please have a look at the registration form.
