BfR Committee for Pesticides and Their Residues
The Committee supports BfR in its task of assessing the health risks from pesticides for consumers, product users and persons accidentally exposed.
Tasks of the BfR Committee
The Committee advises BfR on scientific and methodological matters relating to residue behaviour as well as to the toxicology and residue analysis of pesticide active substances, their metabolites and degradation products.
Members of the BfR Committee
Experts in the field of plant protection, analytics, toxicology, residue behaviour and exposure from universities, Land and federal authorities and industry were appointed as members of the Committee.
