Leaflets for maternity logbooks and children’s examination logbooks
The National Breastfeeding Committee makes available two leaflets for insertion in maternity logbooks and children’s medical examination logbooks. They contain information on all aspects of breastfeeding as well as practical tips. Every pregnant woman and mother should receive a copy of these pamphlets. However, these leaflets are not a substitute for personal counselling.
The leaflets
- Breastfeeding recommendations for pregnant women (for insertion in the maternity logbook)
- Breastfeeding recommendations for infancy (for insertion in the child’s medical examination logbook)
are available in German, Turkish, Russian, English, French and Italian.
Any number of them can be ordered free of charge from the
